The "sandable primer-filler" I use is found at Wal-Mart, and I think the brand is Plasti-Kote. It's the "flexible" kind used for bumpers and stuff. You can spray on coat after coat (I did about 4) five minutes apart. Wait another 30 and you will wet-sand most of it off with 400 grit sandpaper. It's kind of tedious sanding, but it really fills out the holes in the kevlar weave (not to mention any "low spots") well, and it is fairly light weight. Wet-sanding gives you a great, smooth finish.
